Heading west from Adelaide – there is no other beachside caravan park until Esperance – 1239km away.
Fantastic year round fishing attracts travellers and many regulars who keep returning to Fowlers Bay and nearby Scott Bay just over the sand hills. Mulloway up to 20kg from the jetty or boat, Snapper and Nanagai from the boat in deeper water, then there is the King George Whiting, Tommies, Flathead, Gar and Squid, all large and plentiful from the jetty, beach or boat. What about monster Australian Salmon.
Oh, must also mention, they dive for Lobster here too.
