The Goolwa Caravan Park together with the 8.288 hectares of Freehold Land upon which the business operates has been sold.

The historic river port town of Goolwa is 85km south of Adelaide on the banks of the River Murray, only a few kilometres from the mouth.

A Top Tourist Parks Group member, the park, was established in 1979. The present leaseholders have operated the business for seven years. They are now ready to move on to retirement.
Set on 8.288 hectares (approx 20 acres), the park is 3 km from the centre of town, with spacious grounds, plenty of shady trees and lawned areas, its own water frontage and boat ramp providing access to the River Murray/Goolwa channel.

Guests can choose to enjoy various water sports using their own equipment or park hire boats and canoes. The park boasts a large swimming pool with spa. A playground is adjacent to the undercover BBQ area and a mini golf layout.
